I’m Sharon O’Dea, a digital strategy consultant helping organisations use technology to transform how they work, communicate, and connect. With 20 years’ experience across the public and private sectors in the UK, Europe, and Asia, I bring global perspective and practical expertise.

I design and deliver impactful digital products and experiences—whether that’s intranets, digital workplaces, websites, or social channels. I work independently with clients or as part of Lithos Partners, the consultancy I co-founded, bringing together multi-disciplinary teams for complex projects.
